Dr Mitchell Steele is a General Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon practising in Shoalhaven and Illawarra regions on the NSW South Coast. He has a special interest in surgery of the knee, sports and joint replacement and has completed an additional fellowship with Sydney Knee Specialists.
Dr Steele holds public hospital appointments at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital in Nowra as well as Wollongong and Shellharbour Hospitals. In addition to this, private hospital appointments include Nowra, Shellharbour, Wollongong and St George Private Hospitals.
Dr Mitchell Steele is a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
